These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TextCompressor, including the hosted API, local proxy software, and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Unmuted Live LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code. Notify us immediately at support@textcompressor.unmutedlive.com if you believe your key has been compromised.

The source code is made available for review on GitHub. No license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or use the source code beyond running the software for its intended purpose.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All charges are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
To cancel, email support@textcompressor.unmutedlive.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Each plan includes a monthly request quota. Requests in excess of your quota will receive a 429 response. Unused quota does not roll over to the following month. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom limits.
The TextCompressor compression algorithms, hosted API, website, and source code are owned by Unmuted Live LLC. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our trademarks, service marks, or branding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNMUTED LIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unmuted Live LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
